3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Only: Shipping is strictly restricted to addresses within Canada, and the United States. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

  • Address Accuracy: We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect user-provided addresses.

  • Carrier Liability: We are not responsible for transit damage or carrier delivery delays.

4. Dried Herbs Warning and Disclaimer

  • Non-Food Grade: All dried herbs sold on this platform are strictly non-food grade.

  • No Consumption: Herbs are absolutely not meant for human or animal consumption.

5. Witchcraft and Black Magic Courses

  • Zoom Platform: All live courses are delivered via the Zoom application.

  • Technical Requirements: Students must secure their own compatible device and internet connection.

  • Mandatory Camera: Registered users must keep their live cameras turned on throughout the entire Zoom class.

  • Code of Conduct: Profane language, abusive speech, and inappropriate behaviour are strictly prohibited.

  • Immediate Expulsion: Violation of conduct rules results in immediate expulsion and cancellation of all remaining classes.

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: All course fees are 100% non-refundable, including cases of expulsion for misconduct.

  • Entertainment Purposes: Course content is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

  • No Guarantees: We guarantee no specific ritual, spell, spiritual, metaphysical, or physical outcomes. There are no refunds, if you do not receive the outcome you were hoping for.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Course Material: All course texts, videos, and graphics are protected copyright.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not copy, share, or resell our digital content. This includes Lady Avery's Infernal Correspondence Book and Handmade Custom Made Ars Goetia Book.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum Liability: Our financial liability is limited to the amount you paid Wiccan Earth Treasures.

  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any emotional, spiritual, or physical distress or consequences from using or purchasing any products sold on this website.
