Refund Policy

Wiccan Earth Treasures, does not offer a refund, and all purchases are considered final sale. There are a few exceptions;

 

Items that have a fundamental defect, you may return the item for a replacement, (of equal value) under the following terms:

 

a) The item that the customer is claiming to be defective, must be returned in its original packaging., within 7 days. The packaging must be free from damage. The customer is responsible for return fees.

 

b) All pieces of the item must be returned. No pieces of the item, can be missing.

 

c) Your replacement must be for exactly the same item, that was originally purchased.  If the item you purchased is no longer in stock, you may request an item of equal value, that is in stock.

Please allow, 2 weeks to receive your replacement, from the date that Wiccan Earth Treasures, receives your defective item.
